Season Ticket Members are now able to renew for the 2025/26 season. Important information about the renewals process can be found below.
How to renew
Season Ticket Members will receive a personalised email from the Club containing all the relevant information for their Season Ticket renewal for 2025/26.
Season Ticket Members will be able to renew online or by contacting Fan Support on +44(0)161 444 1894, open 7 days a week from 9:30am until 5:15pm, except Thursday when we open at 10am. The deadline for renewing Season Tickets for the 2025/26 season is midnight on Monday 12th May, which has been extended to accommodate the bank holiday during the renewals window.
- Season Ticket Members who paid for their 2024/25 Season Ticket by Debit/Credit card must renew manually before 5pm on Monday 12th May.
- Season Ticket Members who paid for their 2024/25 Season Ticket by Direct Debit will be automatically renewed on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th May. No manual action is required unless a payment method/Season Ticket level change is required.

Following consultation with City Matters, general admission Season Tickets and Premier League match-by-match ticket prices will be frozen for the 2025/26 season.

SEASON TICKET OPTIONS
Season Ticket Members can choose a Season Ticket that is right for them during the online renewal journey.
Value Gold Membership secures a seat for all 19 home Premier League matches as well as 190 ticket points for joining. The stadium seat is allocated by the Club after the renewal window has closed. Limited availability.
Gold Membership secures a seat for all 19 home Premier League matches and 190 ticket points on joining.
All Gold Season Ticket Members can become a Platinum Member and enjoy double ticket points - 380 points on joining.
93:20 Membership offers premium seats and an exclusive concourse bar for an enhanced matchday experience, and includes the first three domestic cup home matches.
Flexi-Gold Membership is a pay-as-you-go style Season Ticket for fans who want to attend the majority of home Premier League matches in the same guaranteed seat, with added flexibility. Choose when you want to attend, without having to manage your Season Ticket when you can’t.
Ways to pay
Renew Now and Spread the Cost: Pay for a Season Ticket across 10 Direct Debit payments from July 2025 to April 2026.
Renew Now, Pay Later: Pay for a Season Ticket in one single instalment, taken automatically in July 2025.
Pay by Debit or Credit Card: Pay for a Season Ticket up front at the time of renewal.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE 2025/26 season
Ticket Utilisation
We have been pleased to see that progress has been made by the introduction of the existing 14-match policy, which has seen seat utilisation rates increase. We are now expanding the number of matches for which 93:20, Gold and Platinum Season Ticket Members are required to manage their ticket.
As of next season, we are asking Season Ticket Members to utilise their Season Ticket for a minimum of 16 of the 19 Premier League home matches. Of these, Season Ticket Members must personally attend at least 10 matches, while they can transfer their ticket or list it on the Ticket Exchange for the remaining matches. Tickets listed on the Exchange that do not sell still count towards ticket utilisation.
This change aims to increase attendance at the Etihad Stadium, while further encouraging all Season Ticket Members to manage their ticket so that one of the tens of thousands of members has the chance to attend when they cannot.
We understand that unforeseen changes in circumstance may impact a Season Ticket Member’s ability to attend 10 Premier League home matches. Therefore, if at any point a Season Ticket Member thinks it would be beneficial to talk to us about their ability to regularly attend matches, or if they would like to share any relevant information relating to their specific circumstances, then we ask that they contact us as soon as they are able to do so.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members will be required to purchase and utilise their ticket for a minimum of 10 Premier League matches. New for 2025/26, Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members who purchase a ticket and can no longer attend will now benefit from being able to transfer their ticket for up to three Premier League matches per season.
Updated Ticket Transfer Options
In order to create more flexibility for our fans, and to support the fulfilment of the new 16-match policy, 93:20, Gold and Platinum Season Ticket Members will be able to select up to three City fans who can receive their transferred tickets without requiring a membership.
All other recipients will be required to have an active, paid membership to help ensure our tickets are being used by other City supporters.
Alongside this measure, Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members who purchase a ticket and can no longer attend will now benefit from being able to transfer their ticket for up to three Premier League matches per season. Tickets must be transferred to active, paid members listed on their account.
Ticket Exchange
93:20, Gold and Platinum Season Ticket Members will continue to be offered guaranteed refunds for 12 Premier League matches during the 2025/26 season, and every ticket listed on the Ticket Exchange will continue to be made available on our website to eligible fans.
As of next season, Season Ticket Members will have until 24 hours prior to kick-off to list their ticket on the Ticket Exchange, and any unsold tickets will be returned to the fan no less than three hours before the match so they can attend or transfer their ticket to a family or friend listed on their account. Ticket Transfer remains available right up until kick-off.
Season Ticket Availability
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members who attend 16 or more home Premier League matches this season will now be given the opportunity to move to a Gold or Platinum Season Ticket.
Those who have already attended 16 matches, or are on course to do so, will receive further information about this process as part of their personalised renewal email.
There is no obligation to change, with Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members able to carry on benefitting from a flexible, pay-as-you-go Season Ticket should they wish.
In addition, a number of Flexi-Gold Season Tickets will be made available for existing Cityzens Junior Members who are connected to existing 93:20, Gold or Platinum Season Ticket members.
Cityzens Matchday Members will also be offered the opportunity to purchase a Flexi-Gold Season Ticket, subject to qualifying criteria and availability.
Further information about this will be communicated after the renewal window closes.
CUP SCHEMES
Season Ticket Members can join one, two or all three Cup Schemes for the 2025/26 season and guarantee their ticket at the Etihad Stadium for any League Cup, FA Cup or European cup matches.

A guaranteed price cap of £35 on home Domestic Cup matches - up to, but not including, the quarter finals.
Earn 300 ticket points for joining all three Cup Schemes. Go Platinum and make it 600 ticket points.
Season Ticket Members on the Cup Scheme are at the front of the queue for domestic and European Cup Final tickets.
metrolink season ticket
Season Ticket Members can purchase a Metrolink Season Ticket to travel to and from the Etihad Stadium on matchdays.
The ticket is £74 for adults, £53 for 18-21s and £32 for under 18s and provides travel to the Etihad Stadium from anywhere on the Metrolink network. Ticket holders can travel from 9.30am on weekdays and anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
season ticket relocation
The relocations window for Season Ticket Members will now open at 12pm on Thursday 15th May, giving fans more time to relocate before they travel to Wembley for the FA Cup Final. The window will close at 11pm on Sunday 18th May (online only).
