A pay-as-you-go style Season Ticket, designed for fans who want the same guaranteed seat for the majority of home City matches, with added flexibility.
Simple and convenient, fans can simply ‘opt in’ and purchase their ticket three weeks before the respective fixture they want to attend, removing the need to manage their Season Ticket for the fixtures they can’t.

Three weeks before each Premier League home match, we’ll send you an email to advise that your 72-hour purchase window is open. Within this window, you can decide if you would like to attend the match and purchase your guaranteed seat online. The game will show as a ‘reservation’ under the ‘My Account’ section on your online account.

Pay a refundable deposit in one payment upfront or over ten months, then select your seat for the season. You will earn back part of your deposit with every match ticket purchased within the Flexi Season Ticket purchase window, for up to 16 matches. If you reach 16 matches you’ve earnt back your entire deposit.
Three weeks before each home Premier League match, we’ll email you with the option to buy your seat for the match. If you want to attend, you can opt-in to buy your ticket. Can’t attend? Simply do nothing – just make sure to purchase for at least 10 Premier League fixtures per season.
Attend the matches of your choice in your chosen seat. If you attend 19 home Premier League fixtures, you will pay the same amount as the Gold Season Ticket price for the same seat.

A Flexi Season Ticket includes the same guaranteed seat for every home Premier League match fans wish to attend.
Fans can join for the season with a refundable deposit of £120 for adults and £48 for juniors. This can be paid upfront in full or in ten equal monthly instalments.
Fans earn back part of their deposit every time they buy a match ticket for a Premier League game at the Etihad Stadium, via a discount that is automatically applied during the sales window three weeks before a game. Each time they buy a Premier League match ticket, adults get £7.50 off and juniors get £3 off, for up to 16 games. Once a Season Ticket Member attends 16 matches they will have earned back the full price of their deposit.
Fans can purchase their guaranteed seat during a three day purchase window, which will open three weeks prior to matchday. A link will be sent via email for fans to purchase their guaranteed seat. Purchase window dates will be communicated on the website and via direct email in advance of the windows opening.
Flexi Season Ticket Members can join the Season Ticket Member Cup Scheme/s for the respective competitions. This can be done during the purchase / renewal process, or via "My Account".
Please note joining the Cup Scheme/s guarantees a ticket for every home game in each respective competition. You will not need to purchase these tickets on a match by match basis.
If you do not join the Cup Schemes, you will be able to purchase tickets with the same priority and pricing as existing Season Ticket Members not on the Cup Scheme.

Flexi Season Ticket Members must purchase and utilise their ticket for a minimum of ten 10 Premier League matches over the season. This also applies in order for Members to be eligible to renew for the following season.
Flexi Season Ticket Members can select the same guaranteed seat for all Premier League matches they wish to attend, at point of renewal/purchase. There will be several seat locations available around the stadium, subject to availability at the time of purchase.
Tickets will be loaded to a fan's Mobile Membership Pass.
There is no action required, Flexi Season Ticket Members can simply let the sales window pass and we will resell the seat to another fan. No payment will be required.
Should Flexi Season Ticket Members purchase their seat but are then unable to attend, they can receive a refund up to seven days prior to the match or (new for 2025/26) can utilise Ticket Transfer for up to x3 occasions per season.
Please note, Flexi Season Ticket Members are required to purchase and utilise their ticket for ten or more matches per season.

Should this sales window pass, but the fan later wishes to attend the game, they may be able to purchase any other available seats (subject to availability). Please note the price for these tickets will be at the Cityzens Matchday Member rate and fans will not receive the discount to earn back their refundable deposit.

Any Flexi Season Ticket Member who purchases 16 or more home Premier League matches throughout a season will be eligible to change to a Gold, Platinum or 93:20 Season Ticket for the following season, should they wish to.
This is not limited to whether they purchased a ticket within the three-week Flexi Season Ticket window. Any tickets purchased ahead of the match count towards the 16 matches, however only tickets purchased within the Flexi Season Ticket sales window will be subject to the discounted ticket rate to earn back the initial deposit.
Flexi Season Ticket Members will not have access to Ticket Exchange, but from 2025/26 onwards will be able to use Ticket Transfer for x3 occasions per season. Should fans purchase their seat but are then unable to attend, they can also receive a refund up to seven days prior to the match.
