Concerts at the Etihad Stadium

There are age restrictions in place for concerts at the Etihad Stadium. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ in all hospitality areas. Children must be aged 6+ to attend the event.

All Concert tickets are sent in the two weeks leading up to the concert electronically to the registered email address on the booking account.

Concert tickets are non-refundable. If you purchased your tickets through Manchester City and have any queries, you can call the Access Team: +44 (0)161 444 1894.

If you did not purchase your ticket through the club, you will need to contact the company that you purchased from.
