We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time before the show starts.
Please note there is a strict no re-admission policy on concert day.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
A number of age rules apply at all Etihad Stadium concerts for your safety and comfort.
➡️ Under 5s: Not allowed.
➡️ Under 14s: Must be with an adult (18+).
➡️ Under 14s: Cannot enter the standing area. Must have a seated ticket.
➡️ Under 16s (in standing area): Must stay with an adult (18+) at all times.
Please bring your ID and ticket so we can check your access to the right area.
Please contact your ticket seller if your ticket does not match the age of the person attending.

We recognise that disabled visitors may need assistance to fully enjoy the experience at the stadium and offer a variety of reasonable adjustments based on individual needs.

PARKING
Parking spaces are available first‑come, first‑served for concerts.
Parking will not be available to purchase on the day and must be pre‑booked in advance.
For concerts or events at the neighbouring Co-op Live, please contact them directly.
The Etihad Stadium is easily accessible using all modes of transport and is within easy walking distance from Manchester City Centre. Head to our Travel & Transport Hub for more information.
If you have pre-booked parking, please be aware there may be delays exiting the car park due to temporary road closures around the stadium to allow pedestrians to safely leave the area.
Stadium Facilities & Regulations
Please arrive early to allow time for security checks.
- Only small bags (no bigger than A4 size – 12”x8”x3”) are allowed.
- No backpacks, rucksacks, or large bags – even if they’re small in size.
If you bring a bag that’s too big, you can leave it at the bag storage on the Orange Car Park. The bag drop will open at 4pm.
- Cost: £10 per item
- Card only – no cash accepted
- Storage is open until the concert ends.
Food and drink is available outside and inside the stadium. There are a range of hot & cold options including vegan & halal options. Prices are the same, so don’t wait outside – head in to see the acts!
Fans can bring a plastic refillable water bottle (max 750ml) - must be empty on entry. Metal bottles are not permitted inside the stadium. You can also refill your plastic water bottle at water stations inside the stadium and on the pitch.
Forgot your bottle? Cardboard water bottles are for sale and can also be refilled. You can find out more about our Food & Drink offerings at the Etihad Stadium here.
Official merchandise will be available from outlets on the stadium campus. We would advise that merchandise is only purchased from these official outlets and the venue is not liable for any items purchased through unofficial channels. Unlicensed street trading is prohibited in the streets surrounding the stadium.
The Etihad Stadium has a zero tolerance policy around the possession of drugs. Stewards will prevent anyone from entering the stadium who is found to be in possession or under the influence.
A Multi-Faith Prayer Room is available within the stadium to offer supporters a quiet space for prayer and reflection. If you wish to use the Prayer Room at an event please speak to a steward, who will be happy to direct you.
Our nursing room is available by Block 318 for parents and carers who may need a private, comfortable space. If you’d like to use this, please speak to a steward who will be happy to assist you. Please note, children under 5 are not allowed entry to a concert at the Etihad Stadium.
The Etihad Campus, including the car park and concourses are smoke free, including electronic cigarettes.
