The first 50% of new North Stand seats for the Aston Villa game have sold out. Subject to a successful test event programme, we will release the remaining new North Stand seats for sale on Thursday 21 May. Register here to be notified when tickets go on sale. 

Over 7,000 general admission seats are being added to the North Stand taking the total capacity of the stadium to just over 60,000

The Club will release 4,000+ new Flexi Season Tickets across the stadium ahead of the 2026/27 season. 50% of new Flexi Season Tickets are ringfenced for junior members.

Fans must have purchased general admission tickets for 35 individual home men’s matches (any competition) across 2023/24, 2024/25, and 2025/26.

The Club will share the following details in early 2026:

• 2026/27 pricing (before relocates, renewals, and new Season Tickets go on sale).
• How to express interest in rail seating and new experiences.
• Details on match‑by‑match tickets for any matches.

All ticketing and stadium updates follow consultation with our elected fan network City Matters.

Yes. There will be at least 3,000 rail seats in the expanded North Stand with the potential to increase dependant on demand.

Fans who meet the 35‑match criteria will have priority to move into the new rail seating area. More details on tickets and pricing will be announced later in the season.

All impacted fans have been contacted and offered:

• A priority relocation window to choose any available general admission seat, including options in the expanded North Stand or nearby seats within Level 0.
• Price protection if moving to a more expensive location.
• The option to move together in groups, even if not all are directly affected.

City Hall: A new bar in the heart of the North stand, bringing together fellow City fans, offering great food and flowing pints.
CROSSBAR: A modern sports bar inspired by the passion and larger-than-life personalities of City’s iconic goalkeepers.
Pitch View Rooms: A luxury, private pitch view room and balcony with unrivalled comfort and sweeping panoramic views of the Etihad Stadium.

Season Ticket Members who have pre-registered will have the chance to relocate their Season Ticket seat to a new seat in the expanded North Stand. 

We will send all Season Ticket Members an email on Thursday 14 May with specific relocation dates.

As part of the North Stand expansion, we are aligning pricing between the North and South Stands to create greater consistency across these areas. 

In doing so, this will ensures that our stands behind the goals continue to be the lowest-priced tickets.

In the new expanded area, there will continue to be an equivalent number of lower-priced seats. This means there will be the same number of seats at £425 in the North Stand as there are in the South Stand. 

How pricing will work:

North Stand Level 0 and Level 1 
There will be two pricing structures:

• Existing Price – applicable to all current Season Ticket Members, regardless of where you currently sit in the stadium 
• New Price – applicable to any new Season Ticket Members purchasing in these areas aligning to prices in the South Stand.

North Stand Level 2

• A single pricing structure will apply to both current and new Season Ticket Members aligning to prices in the South Stand.

Season Ticket Members can pre-register to relocate their Season Ticket seat to any new seat in the expanded North Stand. 

Yes. You can pre-register to relocate to the North Stand on behalf of another Season Ticket Member. 

The Season Ticket Members you would like to pre-register for must be in your Friends & Family list. 

All you will need is their name and Supporter Number.

Once you have pre-registered your interest, we will contact you with information on how to relocate your Season Ticket seat into a new seat in the expanded North Stand on Thursday 14 May.
