Season Ticket Members who are not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.

You can check if you are registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme here.

Tickets can be purchased by supporters who meet the above sales criteria, online here or by telephone on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Booking fees will apply for tickets purchased over the phone.

Your cup scheme payment for the Borussia Dortmund match will be automatically taken on Monday 29th August.

Please ensure that your card/payment details are up to date by following the below steps:

1. Log in to your online account here.

2. Click on ‘My Account’ in the top right of the screen.

3. Click on Ticket Schemes under your name.

4. Highlight the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme by clicking the box to the left.

5. Once selected, click on Modify Payment Details and input the correct payment card details.

As a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to Season Ticket Members who have registered on the UEFA Cup Scheme will be unavailable. Full details of seats impacted for the Group Stage fixtures are as follows:

Supporters who have joined the 2022/23 UEFA Cup Scheme with a seasonal seat located in any of the affected areas listed above have been contacted via email with details of an alternative seat location. All supporters have been allocated a seat as near to their seasonal seat as possible

If you find that you are unsatisfied with the seat location that you have been provided, please contact Supporter Services on the dedicated relocation line on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 5) from 9am, Sunday 28th August.

Disabled supporters who meet the above sales criteria, can purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1,2)

Season Ticket Members on the Cup scheme are advised your mobile Season Ticket will be activated for the Champions League matches.

Season Ticket Members not on the Cup Scheme
Season Ticket Members not on the Cup scheme, are advised during the purchase journey to select ‘Load to mobile pass’. Your mobile Season ticket will be activated for the Champions League matches.

Cityzen Official Matchday Members
Cityzen Official Matchday members will be sent a mobile ticket for this match which can be downloaded to your Apple or Google wallet.

The Club will not be providing travel packages for this match. This is due to the reduced availability of aircraft resulting in our costs being disproportionately higher than the alternative options already available to supporters.

As a result, we recommend any supporter wishing to travel to seek alternative travel arrangements.

Sales Criteria

• Tickets for this match will be issued as mobile tickets which you will be required to add to your Apple/Google wallet.
• The mobile ticket link will be sent to the lead booker no later than 10 days prior to the match

All tickets purchased must be correctly allocated to the travelling supporter and you must not purchase a ticket on your account, in your name and pass on to another supporter. This will result in supporters failing to gain access to the stadium. In addition to this no duplicate tickets will be issued.
