TICKET INFORMATION
Manchester City will play Napoli at home in the League Phase of the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday 24 November, kick off 8pm.
Following the draw in August, the Club are implementing additional ticketing measures to reduce the risk of away fans in home areas of the stadium.
When fans purchase more than one ticket, the named ticket holder (the purchaser) must be one of those in attendance and is responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
Any ticket holder found to have played a role in allowing an away fan into the home sections will be subject to a stadium ban in line with the Club’s sanctions and bans policy.
Cup Scheme payments will be taken on Monday 2 November. UEFA Cup Scheme Members do not need to purchase their ticket.

Season Ticket Members on the UEFA Cup Scheme in an affected seat will be allocated a seat by the club. This seat will be as close to their season ticket seat as possible.
We will also be conducting a number of relocates in Colin Bell Stand Level 3 and South Stand Level 3, with affected fans being contacted via email with further details.

We understand you may like to sit somewhere else, if you would like to be seated elsewhere in the Stadium then you can contact Fan Support on Monday 26 October and a member of the team can assist.

Season Ticket Members on the UEFA Cup Scheme and Premium, Matchday and Junior Members on the UEFA Member Cup Scheme are advised your mobile Season Ticket will be activated.
Season Ticket Members not on the Cup Scheme
Season Ticket Members not on the UEFA Cup Scheme, are advised during the purchase journey to select ‘Load to mobile pass’. Your mobile Season Ticket will be activated.
Matchday, Premium and Junior Members
Premium, Matchday and Junior Members not on the Member Cup Scheme are advised during the purchase journey to select ‘Load to mobile pass’. Your mobile membership pass will be activated.
Additional purchases
Tickets will be sent to the fan in an email once purchase is complete. This email will include a link to download your tickets.
Your Cup Scheme payment will be automatically taken on Monday 2 November.
Make sure your card payment details are up to date by following the below steps:
- Log in to your online account here.
- Click on Cup Schemes under your name.
- Highlight the UEFA Cup or UEFA Member Cup Scheme.
- Click Update Payment Card and input the correct payment card details .
If you are in the UEFA Cup Scheme, your seat is guaranteed for all home matches in the competition. You will not need to purchase these tickets on a match-by-match basis, payment will be taken automatically from your nominated account/card in advance.
If you are not in the UEFA Cup Scheme, your seat is not reserved for this competition. You will however receive a priority window to purchase individual match tickets for home matches in this competition, outlined in the Sales Criteria.
Disabled supporters who meet the above sales criteria, can purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1,2)
Fans found to be passing their tickets on to away supporters, directly or indirectly, may be in breach of the terms and conditions and could face sanctions by the club, including receiving a ban from attending future matches; full details can be found in the Supporter Charter.
