BRACE: Nikita Parris celebrates after scoring her second goal.

Nikita Parris has been shortlisted for January's PFA Bristol Street Motors Player of the Month award.

The forward - City's all-time record female goalscorer - completed the month with a goal in every game, as the Blues returned to the top of the WSL table. As a result, she also earned a nomination for the FA WSL Player of the Month award.

Having completed the 2017/18 season as the Club's top scorer with 18 goals in all competitions, Parris has continued to flourish, tallying 19 goals in 20 games in all competitions for 2018/19.

The fourth Blue to make her 100th appearance for Nick Cushing's side, the 24-year-old has bagged 55 goals in 116 appearances, since joining on loan from Everton in January 2015. The move was made permanent a year later.

City completed 2019's opening month with an unbeaten record, tallying three wins and a draw to extend our exceptional run. The Blues are the only top-flight side to remain undefeated and currently sit top of the FA WSL 1, with Parris playing a key part.

Speedy, passionate and clinical, she is one of the first names on Cushing's squad list and is also earning deserved acclaim on the international stage. Since making her senior Lionesses debut (and providing an assist) against Serbia in June 2016, Parris has clocked 20 caps, netting nine goals.

The award heralds more good news for the Club, as Georgia Stanway was named December's FA WSL Player of the Month, while Stanway and Ellie Roebuck were nominated for the PFA Player of the Month gong and Cushing received the league's Manager of the Month.

To vote for Nikita, enter before 8am on Monday 11 February.

Congratulations, Keets!
