To celebrate Manchester City’s Premier League and Carabao Cup victories last season, the Club is taking the trophies for the Centurions Trophy Tour, presented by Etihad Airways.
The Centurions Trophy Tour will showcase our record-breaking season, including the unique achievement of reaching 100 point in a Premier League season.
The trophies arrived in Shanghai on August 2 and on August 4 and 5 the silverware will be exhibited at the Atrium of South Block, Shanghai Xintiandi from 11am to 8pm.
Fans will have the chance to have their photographs taken as if they were in the Etihad Stadium home changing rooms with our special digital activation!
The Centurions Trophy Tour will then head to Beijing on August 6.
Any fans in China can find out more about getting involved in the Centurions Trophy Tour by following Manchester City official Weibo, Wechat, DongQiuDi and Toutiao accounts.
The trophies will visit 15 cities over the coming weeks to celebrate the Club’s record-breaking season with fans around the world.
Through the Club’s Cityzens membership platform, fans will get to nominate their locations for the tour to visit. The Club will also be surprising some of its biggest fans with amazing experiences to recognise their loyal support.
The tour kicked off in Abu Dhabi today as Club legend, Paul Dickov, attended a launch event hosted by Club partner Etihad Airways. Over the coming weeks, the tour will visit cities across China, the United States, South America and south east Asia with more destinations being revealed as the tour progresses.
