In order to access the player mascot opportunity for your child, please complete the form on this page to submit your details and get added to the database for selection.

Mascot experiences are a benefit of Junior Matchday Membership, and as such application via Junior Matchday Membership provides young fans with the best possible opportunity to be a Man City Mascot.

As a parent, relative or carer, once you've submitted your child’s details, we will be selecting lucky Junior Matchday members throughout the season so wait to hear from us to hear if your child has been selected.

You only need to enter your child’s details once as they will be securely stored throughout the season and could be selected for one of our home games.

Women's games and Away games have a separate form, so please complete those too.

If you can’t make the fixture your child has been selected for when contacted, we can put you down for another game that you can attend.

Successful Mascots will be be provided with 2 x match tickets for the game selected.

Opportunities for Blue Carpet, Team Photo on the Pitch, and Kids Fanzone will require match tickets to be purchased directly.

Mascots will be provided a full kit to wear and walk out in on the day. 

Match kit will not be provided for non-Mascot opportunities. 

To be selected as a Mascot, children must be aged between 5 and 12. The same age restrictions apply to Blue Carpet and Team Photo on the Pitch.

• Parents/guardians will not be allowed to accompany the child behind the scenes and will be escorted to a viewing area within the stadium
