If you lose your Cityzens Matchday Membership card, we will offer you one free reprint which you can order by calling Fan Support on +44(0)161 444 1894.
If you lose your Cityzens Matchday Membership card after we have supplied a free reprint, there will be a £10 reissue charge each time your card is replaced and this can be ordered and paid for by calling Fan Support on +44(0)161 444 1894.
The Cityzens Official Membership lasts 12 months from the date you purchased and will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal payment being taken.
Your membership will expire on the last day of the renewal month.
You can see when your membership is due to renew by looking at your online account on the ticket website tickets.mancity.com, selecting ‘My Ticketing Account’ > ‘Memberships’ and ‘Manage my Membership’. Your membership will expire on the last day of the renewal month.
You will also get a reminder email that your membership is due to renew 30 days before the renewal date.
Any orders delivered within the UK are exempt from customs and import charges. If your order is being delivered outside the UK, you may be required to pay customs and duty fees once the shipment reaches that country. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient. To find out whether you are likely to end up paying charges, please check your country’s customs and import policy.
To update your card details assigned to your Cityzens Membership, visit www.mancity.com > Login > My Account > My Ticketing Account > Memberships > Manage my Membership. Please note, you can only update your card details 30+ days ahead of renewal online. If your renewal is due in 30 days or less, you must update your card details by calling supporter services on +44 (0)161 444 1894
Your membership will expire on the last day of the renewal month.
Please allow 4 weeks within the UK and up to 6 weeks internationally for your membership packs to arrive. Packs may arrive sooner however please only chase after these timescales.
In the meantime, you are still able to reap all the other benefits of your Membership including priority access to match tickets, (Cityzens, Matchday and Junior Members only), a 10% City Store discount plus a range of exclusive competitions and offers from the Club here.
Memberships will be automatically renewed on or just after the membership end date unless you opt out of autorenewal. Your membership will expire on the last day of the renewal month.
You can also renew manually online, before your end date if you would would to change membership level or update card details.
You can cancel your membership within 2 weeks of purchasing it as long as you haven’t purchased any matchday tickets in this period or any other benefits.
After the 2 week period has ended, you cannot cancel your membership but you can cancel your membership from auto renewing for the next season by calling Supporter Services on +44(0)161 444 1894
You can change your membership package after autorenewal from Cityzens Matchday Membership to Cityzens Membership within 2 weeks of autorenewal.

If you have Cityzens Matchday or Junior Memberships, you get priority access to tickets, and £5 discount on home Premier League fixtures. Please note, you can only receive this discount for one match ticket per membership.
In order to redeem your 20% Stadium Tour discount online, ensure you’re logged into your Cityzens Matchday Membership account when purchasing and the discount will be added automatically at the checkout.
You can also redeem over the phone, the discount will be applied automatically when confirming your Cityzens Matchday Membership number.
In order to redeem your 10% retail discount online, you need to ensure you’re logged into your Cityzens Matchday Membership account while shopping online at the City store and your discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
To receive your in-store discount, you need to show your membership card at the till and your discount will be applied.
