The Man City Kids Fanzone is a completely free event that runs for two-and-a-half-hours ahead of our weekend matches on the indoor pitch at City Football Academy.

Join us for loads of free pre-match fun. Get involved with all our activities, meet Moonbeam and Moonchester, and take part in our competitions to win exclusive City prizes! 

Please note

Tickets to the Kids Fanzone will not grant access to the Etihad Stadium for the match. Match tickets for the day of your Man City Kids Fanzone event must be purchased separately.

No food or drink can be taken onto the indoor pitch but there will be refreshments and seating available at our designated café area inside.

Important Information

Everyone is welcome! All fans are eligible to attend but the event is designed for junior fans ages 5-12 and their families. Please note: Tickets for each Man City Kids Fanzone are limited and issued on a first-come first-served basis.

As we have introduced mobile ticketing you will be required to download your Kids Fanzone ticket to your mobile device to gain access to the event. Please take a look at our FAQs, which include further information about mobile device compatibility.

The entrance for the event is located by the West Gate of the City Football Academy, which is accessible via Alan Turing Way.

We have introduced a new system whereby car parking can now be pre-booked on a match-by-match basis. For more information visit our car parking section.

Please note: No changing facilities will be available on the day. Free water will be available and you can purchase hot beverages and food inside.

There will be a mobile pop-up retail store at the event providing a range of fantastic merchandise. Please note this will accept card payments only.

Any lost property will be handed into the presenters on the day. If no one collects these by the end of the event, all lost property will be kept at the Academy Reception. If you wish to claim lost property, you can contact the Academy Reception directly on +44 (0)161 438 7889 on the next working day.

We encourage all Kids Fanzone visitors to agree a meeting point when arriving at the event, both inside and outside in case you are ever separated from your child or group. All parents/guardians must always accompany and be responsible for their child. For safeguarding reasons, adults should not attend the event on their own without a child they are responsible for children who make up part of their group. If, for example, you are dropping off your group and joining your party later, please ensure you inform security staff on the gate when entering the event.

If you ever have any issues such as being separated from your child, please approach our Welfare and Medics team who can assist you immediately. We recommend all parents/guardians to insert their contact details on the child’s wristband which you will receive upon arrival.
