North-stand pre-registration
Fans who have pre-registered to relocate to the expanded North Stand have now received an email with their purchase window.

JUNIOR SEASON TICKET PRE-REGISTRATION
Fans who have pre-registered to purchase a new Junior Season Ticket have now received an email with their purchase window.
MANAGING YOUR SEASON TICKET
Following consultation with City Matters and having heard your feedback, we are pleased to introduce a number of changes to Ticket Transfer ahead of the 2026/27 season.
You can also read about the Club’s Ticket Utilisation policy below, which will remain unchanged in 2026/27.
Season Ticket Members can transfer their ticket to anyone in their Friends & Family list regardless of their Membership type. This includes Season Ticket Members, Members, and non-members. Season Ticket Members will be able to add up to 18 people to their Friends & Family list at any point throughout the 2026/27 season meaning you can keep your group flexible. You can read more here.
Our Ticket Exchange service will remain available for Gold, Platinum and 93:20 Season Ticket Members who cannot attend a Premier League match. If someone buys your ticket, you will receive a fraction of your season ticket price. Refunds are sent to your bank account after the match. Fans will still have the chance to claim a guaranteed refund for five selected matches during the season.
Gold, Platinum and 93:20 Season Ticket Members must use, list, transfer, or donate their ticket for at least 16 home Premier League matches. This includes personally attending at least ten Premier League matches at the Etihad Stadium. Flexi Season Ticket Members must purchase their match ticket at least ten times, but can transfer it to their Friends and Family on up to three occasions.

NEW SEASON TICKETS
The brand-new Etihad Stadium expansion will add more than 7,000 new general admission seats.
Ahead of the 2026/27 season, the Club will release over 4,000 new Flexi Season Tickets across the stadium. 50% of those new Season Tickets will be ringfenced for Junior Members.
Members who wish to purchase a Flexi Season Ticket in 2026/27 must have purchased general admission tickets for 35 individual home men’s matches (any competition) across 2023/24, 2024/25, and 2025/26.
Qualifying Members will be contacted with more information in June.
