The Club has received an allocation of 31,500 tickets, including 100 wheelchair bays and a number of tickets for ambulant supporters.
Manchester City have been allocated the West end of Wembley Stadium.
From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Season Ticket Members, Seasonal Hospitality Members, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the Manchester City Supporters Club.
We would like to remind supporters that we advise against booking travel or accommodation for fixtures until they secure a ticket. Fixture dates and kick-off times can change at any time. Please note, persons under the age of 2 are not permitted entry to the stadium.
Season Ticket Members aged between 18 to 25 years (based on supporter’s age on 1st August 2023) can purchase from an exclusive allocation of away match tickets on the first day of sale. Any tickets that are not purchased on this day will be added to the wider Season Ticket Member allocation.
Tickets for this match will be issued as mobile tickets which you will be required to add to your Apple/Google wallet. The mobile ticket link will be sent to the lead booker no later than 5 days prior to the match.

Official Club coach travel will be available to purchase. A return journey departing from the Etihad Stadium, will be available priced at £50 per adult, £40 for juniors.

The Club has received an allocation of 100 wheelchair bays and an allocation of ambulant seats, both with the provision for a free personal assistant. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase online as follows;
Wheelchair
- Select any available wheelchair bay from one of the following blocks:
- 123 to 126, 128 to 130, 132 to 135, 137 to 139, 141 to 143 and 539 to 540
- Select the quantity required as one ticket.
- This will automatically pull through your personal assistant seat to your basket.
- Within the basket, simply change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant
Ambulant
- Wembley have advised Row 31 in Level 1 as being the most suitable for ambulant supporters although you can buy anywhere.
- When buying your tickets online, select two seats and change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant

As guardians of this great Club, we all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of not only Manchester City, but also the City of Manchester. On your visit to Wembley Stadium, please respect the stewards and staff at the Club and we ask that you:
- Remain in the seat that you have purchased.
- Keep your ticket with you at all times.
- Do not block the aisles or gangways.
- Do not smoke.
- The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs is strictly prohibited
Entry to Wembley Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Wembley Stadium a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.
All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2023-24 Away Match Terms and Conditions of Sale and the applicable Ground Regulations of Wembley Stadium.
It is important to note that tickets cannot be returned within 7-days of the match in line with our refund policy.
