South Stand Level 3 is not available due to extended away allocation 

*Season Ticket Members are reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium. All 93:20 Season Ticket Members have this game included as part of their 93:20 Season Ticket and their Season Ticket will be activated.

Tickets can be purchased by supporters who meet the above sales criteria, online here or by telephone on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Booking fees will apply for tickets purchased over the phone. 

Your cup scheme payment for the Huddersfield Town match will be automatically taken on Monday 18th December.   

Please ensure that your card/payment details are up to date by following the below steps; 

• Log in to your online account here 
• Click on Cup Schemes under your name 
• Highlight the FA Cup Scheme by clicking the box to the left 
• Once selected, click Update Payment Card and input the correct payment card details 

As a result of the extended away allocation, the visiting club has been allocated South Stand Level 3. Season Ticket Members on the FA Cup scheme in this area will be required to relocate to an alternative seat.

We are offering supporters the opportunity to choose the seat that best suits their preference and needs allowing them to relocate together with friends and family.  

Season Ticket Members on the FA Cup scheme impacted by the extended away allocation will have a priority window from 10am, Tuesday 12th to 3pm, Tuesday 12th December to choose any available seat.  

To process your ticket, simply click into the Manchester City v Huddersfield Town match, select any available seat and you will be charged the prevailing cup scheme price for that location. You can do this online or by calling. 

To be seated with friends and family who are registered on the UEFA Cup Scheme and are also impacted are reminded to link their accounts to be able to buy together.   

What happens if I don’t relocate myself? 

Supporters who do not choose an alternative seat during the dedicated window will be allocated a seat in South Level 1 and payment will be processed via the FA Cup Scheme on Monday 18th December. 

It is recommended supporters relocate online to get seat that best suits their preference and to relocate together with friends and family. 

Should we progress in the FA Cup, and your Season Ticket seat location be affected, we will allocate you the seat you either chose or were allocated for this match as your preferred seat for the future FA Cup matches this season.

Season Ticket Members not on the Cup scheme, are advised during the purchase journey to select ‘Load to mobile pass’. Your mobile Season ticket will be activated.

Cityzens Matchday Members will be sent a mobile ticket for this match which can be downloaded to your Apple or Google wallet.
