Sales Criteria

*Season Ticket Members who are registered on the FA Cup Scheme can purchase an additional 3 tickets and are reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium. All 93:20 Season Ticket Members are reminded that this fixture is NOT included as part of their 93:20 Season Ticket.

Tickets can be purchased by supporters who meet the above sales criteria, online here or by telephone on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Booking fees will apply for tickets purchased over the phone. 

Your cup scheme payment for the Arsenal match will be automatically taken on Monday 16th January.   

Please ensure that your card/payment details are up to date by following the below steps; 

1. Log in to your online account here 
2. Click on Cup Schemes under your name 
3. Highlight the FA Cup Scheme by clicking the box to the left 
4. Once selected, click Update Payment Card and input the correct payment card details 

As a result of the extended away allocation, the visiting club has been allocated South Stand Level 3 and blocks 212 (away) to 219 in South Level 2. Season Ticket Members on the FA Cup scheme in this area will be required to relocate to an alternative seat.  

My seat is impacted by the extended away allocation for the FA Cup game against Arsenal, where will my seat be relocated to? 

We will allocate you the seat you either chose or were allocated for the Round 3 match against Chelsea as your preferred seat for the Round 4 match against Arsenal. 

Should we progress in the FA Cup, and your Season Ticket seat location be affected we will continue to allocate you the seat as your preferred seat for the next round.  

My seat is impacted by the extended away allocation for the FA Cup game against Arsenal, what should I do if I don’t want to sit in same location as I did for the last round?

We understand you may like to sit somewhere else, if you would like to be seated elsewhere in the Stadium then you can contact Supporter Services on Friday 13th January and a member of the team can assist.

Season Ticket Members on the Cup scheme are advised your mobile Season Ticket will be activated.  

Season Ticket Members not on the Cup Scheme  

Season Ticket Members not on the Cup scheme, are advised during the purchase journey to select ‘Load to mobile pass’. Your mobile Season ticket will be activated.  

Cityzens Matchday Members  

Cityzens Matchday Members will be sent a mobile ticket for this match which can be downloaded to your Apple or Google wallet.
