medlock square FANZONE
A new free Fanzone will open at Medlock Square for the first time ahead of City’s Barclays Women’s Super League clash at the Etihad Stadium this Sunday.
For the first time, supporters will be able to enjoy our brand-new Medlock Square Fanzone before City take on Arsenal on Sunday 4 October.

Brickworks Market Hall
For the first time on a City Women matchday, Brickworks Market Hall will be also open at Medlock Square.
A vibrant space with a variety of food and drink options available for fans to enjoy before kick-off.
Brickworks is open from 2:00pm-8:00pm on Sunday and will become a staple of our matchday buzz at the Etihad Stadium.

The Etihad Stadium is easily accessible and well connected to Manchester City Centre.
Make sure you plan your visit to the Etihad Stadium by foot, by Metrolink or by bus before you arrive.

Our team work incredibly hard to make sure matchdays are accessible and inclusive for fans.
Please note that our accessible buggy service will run 4 hours before kick-off and will not run post-match.

BAG POLICY
Arrive early to allow plenty of time for our security checks.
Only small handheld bags no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted.
Our bag drop service located in the Grey Car Park by the away turnstiles costs £12 per item.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Before you arrive on matchday, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the Etihad Stadium prohibited items list.
Our prohibited items list includes e-cigarettes, vapes, glass bottles, and any flags that are larger than 2m x 1m.
SMOKING POLICY
We want to remind fans that smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the Etihad Stadium.
This includes, but is not limited to, toilets, turrets and concourses in the stadium.
Any fan who is found to breach our smoking policy will be ejected from the stadium and sanctioned in accordance with our Supporter Charter.
Flags and banners
Any flag that contains any discriminatory or political wording, references, or images will not be allowed into the Stadium.
Flags sized 2m x 1m are allowed (if they meet the above criteria) and do not require a fire-retardant certificate. Any flag or banner larger than 2m x 1m requires fire retardant certification that must be provided before entry.
Flags and Banners are not allowed to be draped over the LED boards.
Stadium Facilities & Regulations
Unauthorised entry to football matches is now a criminal offence.
This includes tailgating, where individuals attempt to force their way through stadium turnstiles by closely following legitimate ticket holders.
It will also be illegal to knowingly attempt to gain entry using forged tickets, passes or accreditation, or by posing as a member of stadium or playing staff.
Anyone found guilty could receive a criminal record, a fine, and a Football Banning Order of up to five years.
A Multi-Faith Prayer Room is available for quiet reflection. Just ask a steward for access on matchdays.
The Etihad Stadium operates cashless payments only and enforces a strict Challenge 25 policy.

Entering the field of play is a criminal offence.
Any fan who invades or attempts to invade the field of play at any time will be ejected from the stadium and may be subject to arrest by Greater Manchester Police.
Fans may also be subject to a club ban in line with the Club's Supporter Charter.
This also applies to any fans who are identified to be throwing items onto the field of play or into either the home or away sections of the stadium.
