Ticket Exchange
KEY INFORMATION
Ticket exchange is available for every Premier League fixture at the Etihad Stadium.
Guaranteed refunds will be offered for 12 matches across the 2025/26 season and are granted to Season Ticket Members who list their seat on the Ticket Exchange no later than 10 days prior to each of the 12 matches. You can continue to list within 10 days of the match, however the refund is not guaranteed and is subject to the ticket reselling.
Listed seats will be available for fans to purchase approximately 3 weeks before the match.
If your seat remains unsold 3 hours before kick-off you will receive an alert on matchday, the ticket will be returned and you can still attend the game or Transfer your ticket.
Please note, the deadline for listing is now 24 hours prior to kick-off.
16 match policy
We understand it’s not always possible to attend all 19 Premier League home games. For games you can’t make, our Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer options allow for other City Fans to cheer on the team.
Please note, Gold, Platinum and 93:20 Season Ticket Members must use their ticket for at least 16 Premier League games – and attend at least 10 in person. Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members must purchase and utilise for at least 10. If this criteria is not met, you may not be able to continue to use your Season Ticket and instead may be offered an alternative for the following season.

- No fees apply to list your ticket, and you will retain your ticket points for any traded match.
