We are delighted to be able to offer academy training sessions offering an incredible insight into how we look to play beautiful football at our state-of-the-art City Football Academy campus as part of a matchday experience for groups of 16-64 players subject to the following guidelines:

• All playing participants must be within 2 years of age of each other e.g., 7,8 & 9 or 8,9 and 10 (18-year-olds will be regarded as adults & cannot train with 16/17-year-olds)
• All bookings must be confirmed no later than 6 weeks before the fixture and must take place 1 day before or after the matchday attended.
• As we finalise your training session, we will provide a document to take information about your players. It is vital this document is as complete as possible as it will provide our coaching team with important health and safety details about your players.

To qualify for tickets via group bookings, groups must meet the below criteria points:

• 'Group’ - A minimum of 10 people attending the fixture together.
• Purchasing for a group such as a school, youth or adult organisation such as a football team etc, business or tour provider, personal booking e.g., large group of friends
• A tour provider may purchase as a 3rd party on behalf of a group.

How do I book a Group Booking?

To book a Group Booking you will need to follow the below process.

1. Email your request including the group leader name, a fixture of choice, a package of choice and the number of adults and u18s attending e.g. David Jones, Man Utd, Tickets, 7 adults & 35 u18s
2. Subject to availability and the group request meeting all required group criteria, you will receive an email confirming availability and a quote based on your request. If your request includes a tour or training session, we will require additional information for the group
3. Once you have received the quote and are happy to go ahead, a reservation will be added to our system and a pro forma invoice sent OR we will arrange a call to take full payment by credit/debit card at the point of sale.
4. Upon receiving the pro forma invoice you will have 7 days to make payment and confirm your booking – Please note that if payment is not received, the allocation may be offered to the next group on the waiting list
5. Upon receiving payment your booking will be converted to a confirmed booking and a payment receipt and booking confirmation will be sent – at this stage your booking is complete.

The safety of all fans attending the Etihad Stadium and the wider campus is one of our top priorities. As such we will be implementing the following requirements in line with guidance from the NSPCC.

• Primary School Age (5 to 10 yo) 1 adult for every 6 children
• Secondary School (11+ yo) 1 adults for every 8 children

Ticket Locations.

We have a limited allocation of tickets for each match located in the North and East stands. Your ticket location will be determined by availability at the time of booking and the package of choice. 

Does a Group Booking entitle me to parking at the Stadium?

Due to ongoing work around the Etihad Campus, parking is extremely limited, so we ask that groups arriving do so with as few vehicles as possible. Please note we cannot provide car parking – only minibuses/coaches.

We will also require coaches to be booked in via our ticketing system providing a vehicle registration at the point of booking or no less than 24 hours before arrival. In the event of a vehicle registration change please inform the Group Bookings team at [email protected] and we will look to amend our system accordingly.

Can I attend the Kids Fanzone through a Group Booking?

Requests for group entry for this event must be confirmed with Group Bookings in writing no later than 7 days before the fixture and all attendance is subject to availability. 

To ensure the safety of attendees all groups must submit a letter from the group leader/head teacher/lead coach confirming the appropriate age of those attending and that they fully understand the behavioural expectations. 

Any groups arriving who are believed to be older than the appropriate or briefed age group or arriving when the event is at a high capacity may be refused entry on arrival.

Group Booking Stadium Tour Information 

We are delighted to be uniquely fixed to be able to provide matchday stadium tours allowing fans access to areas of the stadium where nowhere else can be offered on a matchday.

The matchday tours can be booked as part of a ticket & tour package – we are able to plan your tour on matchday itself (no later than 4:30 before kick-off) or a day before or a day after.
