Supporters must meet the sales criteria that are published 3-4 weeks prior to the fixture date here.

Qualifying supporters can purchase as below: 

Wheelchair Users –  Log in to your online account here, select the ‘wheelchair section’ and you will be allocated the best available position.

Ambulant/ Easy Access Seating – once logged in to your account, select the block you would like to sit in, and you will be allocated the best available seats. 

If you have a specific seating requirement where you need to discuss the seats that the opposing club may have allocated for easy access, please contact the Access team at +44 (0)161 444 1894 to discuss your requirements in more detail.

The Etihad Campus has a number of spaces available at both our Etihad and Joie Stadium's subject to availability. Please send a copy of both sides of your blue badge to [email protected] or bring it in to the Fan Support office located in the club shop. Once approved by the team you can book blue badge parking here. 

Public Transport
Manchester has a magnificent and fully accessible public transport system, the 'bee network', making it quick and easy to get to and from the Etihad Campus. To plan your visit using public transport please visit

  • Park and Ride: There is a number of park and ride stops around Greater Manchester making it efficient to get to the Etihad Campus.
  • Metrolink: The Etihad Campus has its own fully accessible Metrolink station with regular services heading to the city centre and Ashton-Under -Lyne.  
  • Bus Services: The Etihad campus is accessible via bus with direct routes from Ashton-Under -Lyne and Piccadilly Gardens (Manchester City Centre). There are 17 matchday bus services running from around Greater Manchester:
  • Rail/Train: Both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria have a direct Metrolink service to the Etihad Campus.  

Away fans should contact their respective club when purchasing tickets to obtain a space on our away fan car park.

In addition to the sensory suite, our dedicated access team are on hand to help with a personal approach to making your matchday experience as accessible and inclusive as possible, e.g., through our sensory packs (including items such as fidget toys and ear deafeners) for those who feel they can sit in general admission but need some extra sensory support, please get in touch with [email protected] to find out more.

Manchester City opened it's Changing Place facility in 2016.

It is located in the South Stand Level 1 close to block 119 and can be opened with a RADAR key. The facility offers users more space and is equipped with a hoist, a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a height adjustable sink and a fully accessible shower. 

You are able to make arrangements in advance by contacting the Access Team via the email address [email protected] or by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894. You can also ask your nearest steward who can escort you round to the Changing Places Facility. Our helpful stewarding team also have access to a RADAR key should you need. 

Supporters who require lift access, on a one off basis, to levels 2 or 3 of the Etihad Stadium are able to use entrance D,H,S, M1 or W depending on which is closest to the turnstile listed on their match ticket. 

Supporters who require lift access on a permanent basis, should make a request to change their entrance to the clubs access team by calling on +44 (0) 161 444 1894, tweeting @ManCityHelp or emailing [email protected]

Away supporters should make a request to their respective club upon purchasing their match ticket. 

Since 1998, our in-house audio descriptive commentary (ADC) team have provided supporters with an audio descriptive commentary. In March 2023, Manchester City proudly celebrated its 25 year anniversary of offering our ADC service. An insight into the service can be found here

To book this service, once you have purchased tickets to a fixture, please contact the access team on 0161 444 1894 (Opt 1) to request a headset and they can make arrangements for a headset to be delivered to your seat before kick-off. 

The service is available to both home and away fans at all our Men’s, Women’s and EDS home matches.

To purchase accessible tickets you will first need to create an online account in the disabled supporters name. 

Once registered and have a supporter number, please send this number in an email alongside some supporting documentation (listed below) and any supporting information that will help us in the set up of the account to [email protected]

For reference, we accept any of the following as supporting evidence:

  • A statement of higher or middle-rate Disability Living Allowance as issued by the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP)
  • Receipt of Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
  • Enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Blind or Partially Sighted registration certificate 
  • We will also consider an Access Card or alternative supporting documentation. Non-UK residents should supply equivalent evidence from their home country.

You can provide this via email to [email protected] or by visiting the Etihad Stadium ticket office in person. 

Yes, but we ask that you email [email protected] 3 days before the event so we can review your request and issue you with a medical exemption certificate.  

Typical sensory aids may include things such as ear defenders, fidget spinners etc. We also appreciate supporters may benefit from bringing their own familiar snacks and drinks, please include this in your request if it applies to you.
