We are open 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays) from 9:30 - 17:15 except Thursdays where we open at 10am. -
An allocation of Blue Badge parking spaces is provided to the away club for each fixture.
Spaces are located in our Grey Car Park (for Etihad Stadium matches) and West Car Park (for Joie Stadium matches).
To reserve a space, please contact your club’s Disability Liaison Officer or Ticket Office when purchasing your match tickets. Once your space is confirmed with your club, they will contact us to have your vehicle registration added to our database, meaning there is no need for a pass to be issued.

We welcome supporters who have an assistance dog but would appreciate advance notification so we can prepare for your visit and make sure both of you are comfortable.
Please notify your respective clubs Disability Liaison Officer or Ticket Office at the point of purchasing your match tickets.
We are happy to issue exemptions if you need to bring medication into the stadium and/or specific food or drink items due to dietary requirements. To request a Medical Exemption Certificate, please contact Manchester City’s Access team via [email protected] or by calling 0161 444 1894 no later than 72 hours prior to the fixture.
All of our accessible toilets can be opened using a RADAR key. If you forget your key, please speak to your nearest steward.
We also have a Changing Places facility located on Level 0 of the South Stand for matches played at the Etihad Stadium.
For Premier League fixtures, your club will be allocated 9 wheelchairs spaces in Level 0 and a further 16 on our ‘Legends Balcony’ (Box Level). These are located behind the away fans on Level 2. All wheelchair spaces have an adjacent PA seat. Please contact your respective clubs Disability Liaison Officer or Ticket Office if you require any further assistance.
Fans sitting on the Legends Balcony are advised there are no alcohol sales as the area is in view of the playing field. A ‘service to seat’ facility is in place where fans can purchase hot and soft drinks along with food. Please speak to your server for the menu and more information.

Accessible seating for ambulant fans can be allocated by contacting your respective clubs Disability Liaison Officer or Ticket Office at the point of purchase.
For step free access fans are best placed towards the back of Level 0. Please be advised this is a safe standing area.
Tickets can also be allocated towards the front of Level 3 for minimal steps from the vomitory but these areas are accessed via a staircase/lift. If you wish to take the lift to Level 3, please contact your clubs Disability Liaison Officer who can arrange this with Manchester City's Access and Stewarding Teams.

Supporters allocated a ticket on Level 0 will enter via the L1 entrance. The surface is flat and wheelchair accessible.
Supporters allocated tickets on the Legends Balcony (Level 1/Box Level) will enter via Entrance H up to box level. Stewards will be on hand to help guide you along the way.
Supporters allocated tickets towards the front of Level 3, which involve minimal steps, can access these seats via a staircase or lift. If you wish to use the lift to Level 3, please contact your club’s Disability Liaison Officer, who can arrange this with Manchester City’s Access and Stewarding Teams.

There is no access to the Sensory Room for visiting fans.
We have a Changing Places Facility accessed with a RADAR key. This is available for all fans at the Etihad Stadium. Fans wishing to use this facility should notify their respective clubs Disability Liaison Officer at the point of purchasing your match tickets so we can make arrangements for you to be escorted across the segregation lines.
Wheelchair accessible tickets are given within the allocation to the away club. All wheelchair spaces are pitchside and have an adjacent PA seat. Please contact your respective clubs Disability Liaison Officer or Ticket Office if you require any further assistance.
Accessible seating for ambulant fans can be allocated by contacting your respective clubs Disability Liaison Officer or Ticket Office at the point of purchase. For minimal step access fans are best placed on the front row (Row A) of the respective block.
Next to every turnstile is a wheelchair accessible gate. If you wish to use the gate, please speak to a steward on the turnstile.
