City v Reading chosen for BBC coverage
City's FA Women's Super League visit of Reading has been selected for television coverage in celebration of Women's Football Weekend.

Gareth Taylor's side will now welcome the Royals a day earlier than originally scheduled, on Saturday 27 March in a 17:30 (UK) kick-off.

The game will be broadcast live on the BBC's Red Button.

Following the success of The Football Association’s previous Women's Football Weekends events, all eyes will once again be on the women’s game on the weekend of 27-28 March (during the men's international break), with all FA WSL fixtures staggered to allow for uninterrupted television coverage.

The two sides have met already this season, playing out a 1-1 draw at the Madejski Stadium in October, as Sam Mewis cancelled out Amalie Eikeland's early opener.
