De Bruyne shortlisted for Premier League Player of the Season
Kevin De Bruyne has been nominated for the 2019/20 Premier League Player of the Season award.

The Belgian midfielder has been shortlisted alongside Danny Ings (Southampton), Nick Pope (Burnley), Jamie Vardy (Leicester City), Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson and Sadio Mane (all Liverpool).

De Bruyne, who won the Club’s Etihad Player of the Season, was in outstanding from across the whole campaign as he once again proved to be one of the most influential attacking players in the country.

The 29-year-old provided 20 assists to win his second Premier League Playmaker award and in doing so equalled Thierry Henry’s 17-year record for the highest number of assists in a single campaign.
