Heartbreak for Brazil in Copa America Final
Brazil's defence of the Copa America ended in heartbreak, as Argentina triumphed by a solitary goal to lift the trophy for the first time in 28 years.

Angel Di Maria's 22nd-minute lob proved the difference at the Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, as La Albiceleste equalled Uruguay's record of 15 successes in the competition.

Though Brazil pressed for an equaliser, Richarlison's disallowed strike proved the closest they came, meaning disappointment for Ederson and Gabriel Jesus.

While Brazil boss Tite had utilised all three of his goalkeepers throughout the tournament, Ederson was given the nod, while Gabriel Jesus was suspended following a straight red card in the quarter-finals.

Meanwhile, City legend Sergio Aguero, who earned his 100th international cap in the group stage, remained an unused substitute for Argentina, while former City defender Nicolas Otamendi completed the full 90 minutes to help his country to glory.
