It only takes one move to set off the proverbial transfer merry go-round and it appears Paul Pogba could be the man to do so.

With reports that the Frenchman’s move away from Turin is imminent, Juventus are eyeing Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic as the man to replace Pogba, according to the Daily Mail.

Matt Barlow writes: “Nemanja Matic is the top target for Juventus as they search for Paul Pogba’s replacement. Pogba is closing in on a move to Manchester United in a transfer which will set a new world record fee at more than £100million.

“Juventus will use the money to sign Argentine centre forward Gonzalo Higuain from Napoli and a midfielder in Pogba’s athletic style. Matic is first choice for Massimiliano Allegri. Newcastle’s Moussa Sissoko is on the list of alternatives for the Italian champions.”
