Delph will slot in at left-back with Kyle Walker on the right and Aymeric Laporte and Otamendi the central defensive partnership.

Ilkay Gundogan anchors the midfield alongside David Silva and Bernardo.

Blues look to book another Wembley date

City have already played at Wembley three times this season and can today book a fourth trip.

The FA Community Shield and Carabao Cup clashes with Chelsea and the Premier League game with Spurs all finished in victory without conceding a goal.

If the Blues can win in South Wales, it will give City fans yet another trip to North London and the chance of a first FA Cup final for six years.
