Three Rivers Brasserie and Bar

Three Rivers Brasserie and Bar is an all-day dining destination set within The Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel.

The menu focuses on British produce and brasserie classics, including prawn cocktail and a selection of Hereford steaks, alongside local favourites such as Lancashire hotpot. Manchester tart is also given a modern twist, served as a silken panna cotta.

Named after the River Medlock, which flows beneath the Etihad Campus, Three Rivers is at the centre of the hotel’s social scene and provides a relaxed setting for a matchday meal, celebration or evening dinner.

The kitchen is overseen by Medlock Square Development Chef and MasterChef winner Daniel Merriman, while the drinks programme is led by Head of Bars Cressida Lawlor.

Little Beast

Little Beast is a produce-led small plates restaurant inspired by the rhythms of the moon and the seasonal changes they bring, developed by Masterchef winner, Dan Merriman.

The menu showcases British ingredients at their peak, with opening dishes including roasted carrots with garlic yoghurt and spiced dukkah, cured trout pastrami, cod loin with curry sauce and fermented English lettuce, and a 500g dairy cow sirloin to share.

The restaurant’s interiors and branding have been developed by Manchester creative agency WANT Studio, in collaboration with local makers and artists. The 105-cover restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Little Beast will also offer a seasonally changing set menu on matchdays, making it a new dining option for supporters visiting the Etihad Campus.
