All you need to know about matchdays at the Etihad Stadium

All supporters attending the match must comply with the Supporter Code of Conduct shown here to help keep everyone safe.

If you see any incidents of discrimination, please report it via the Kick It Out app or inform staff members within the hospitality suite.

Please be aware that some of our hospitality packages operate on a shared table basis.

These include, but are not limited to:
Legends, Citizens, Tunnel Club Ground, Platinum Boxes, Campus Hospitality and Offsite Hospitality."

Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the stadium. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted. If you must bring a bag to the stadium that exceeds the allowable size, bag drop facilities (locations shown below) that you can use to securely store your items will be in place until the match has finished.

If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring a bag or other equipment, please contact the Access Team for a Medical Exemption form by emailing [email protected].

The bag storage will be priced at £5 for Season Ticket members, and £10 for match buyers.

Parents or Guardians with young children are allowed to bring in small backpacks with childcare essentials.

Prohibited Items

The following articles must not be brought to the Etihad Stadium: drink glasses, narcotics, long umbrellas, selfie sticks, fireworks and flares, large flags or banners, weapons, sharp objects, bottles and cans, food and drink, cigarettes and e-cigarettes, baby buggies/prams, airhorns, portable chargers, cameras, flagpoles, computer tablets, and other oversized bags are not permitted.
