Etihad Stadium Away Fan Guide

Your ticket
Match tickets for away fans will be distributed by your club either as paper tickets or mobile tickets.
Unless instructed otherwise, you will receive a mobile ticket which you can scan at our turnstiles.
The person entering the stadium must be within the allocated age band. Fans may be asked to show a photo ID.
TICKET COLLECTIONS
Pre-arranged ticket collections will be available at the South Stand Ticket Office starting two hours before kick-off.
Photo ID will be required.
All collections must be arranged directly through your club, as tickets will not be reprinted on the day.
opening times
Fans are advised to arrive no later than one hour before kick off.
Turnstiles open two hours before kick-off. Fans under 14 must be accompanied by an adult who over the age of 18.
Away fans should use entrances L1, L2, and L3 for the South Stand.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Before you arrive on matchday, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the Etihad Stadium prohibited items list.
Our prohibited items list includes e-cigarettes, vapes, glass bottles, and any flags that are larger than 2m x 1m. All flags must be authorised by the Club's Safety Officer.
PARKING
Matchday car parking must be pre-booked in advance.
Coaches & minibuses for the visiting team can park on the Grey Car Park opposite the away fan turnstiles.

BAG POLICY
Arrive early to allow plenty of time for our security checks.
Only small handheld bags no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted.
Our bag drop service located in the Grey Car Park by the away turnstiles costs £10 per item.
AFTER THE MATCH
In consultation with Greater Manchester Police, visiting fans may be asked to remain in the stadium for a short time until the immediate areas clear.
We will ensure you can exit the stadium as soon as possible to commence your return journey.
ACCESSIBILITY
We recognise that disabled supporters may need further assistance to fully enjoy their matchdays at the Etihad Campus. We have a variety of things we can put in place to support you.

STADIUM REGULATIONS
Any fans who attempts to invade the field of play, at any time, will be ejected from the stadium and may be arrested. This also applies to any supporters identified to be throwing items onto the field of play or into the home supporter areas.
Anyone who enters the pitch or is found with pyrotechnics or smoke bombs will be arrested and prosecuted, possibly leading to a Football Banning Order. They will also be automatically banned by Manchester City. These actions are dangerous, illegal, and have serious consequences. They have no place in football or anywhere else.
We will not tolerate any discriminatory behaviour. This includes any form of Racism, Homophobia, Islamophobia, Antisemitism and Sexism. If you see or hear such behaviour at a match, please report it to a steward or the police or submit details on the Kick It Out reporting app. Alternatively, any fans who see or hear abusive behaviour can text 0770 015 1894 to make our dedicated security team aware of what they have witnessed.
Tickets must be purchased only from the opposing club and according to their sales criteria. Tickets bought through other sources may not be valid, and we are not liable for tickets bought from unofficial channels.

Ticket regrades will not be available. Anyone using a concessionary ticket who does not qualify will be ejected and have their ticket confiscated.
Manchester City operates a zero-tolerance policy on visiting fans seated within home areas. Any visiting fans identified within the home supporter areas will be ejected from the stadium.
