Manchester City Football Club has a number of people trained and ready to deal with matters of abuse, harassment or bullying involving vulnerable people.

Unhappy with the response from the Club?

If you are at all unhappy with the response from the Club please contact the Premier League Safeguarding Team in confidence via [email protected] or by calling 0207 864 9000 for advice.

You may also escalate to the Safeguarding Team at City Football Group via [email protected].


Worried about immediate safety?

If you are worried about the immediate safety or welfare of a child or vulnerable adult you can also contact:

  • The Police dial 999
  • The NSPCC ChildLine 0800 1111
  • Manchester C.C Social Services via the Response Team 0161 234 5001
