Throughout the season, Midea and Manchester City have been working in communities across six cities across Africa and Los Angeles, with the shared goal of creating safe spaces for young people to play, learn and connect.
CITC coaches delivered Young Leader training across five community projects, supporting 164 Young Leaders in Nairobi, Rabat, Luanda, Johannesburg, Lagos and LA.

These sessions not only developed football skills but also built confidence, teamwork and leadership, empowering young people to create positive change in their communities.
Beyond the pitch, the initiative has reached more than 2,000 beneficiaries throughout the season, creating meaningful opportunities for young people to engage with their communities, build life skills and develop themselves.
By bringing together Midea and Manchester City, lasting impact has been created in each community.
Alongside expert coaching sessions, more than 60 Midea products were donated across all six cities, helping to equip local community hubs and create welcoming spaces where young people can thrive.
Together, the partnership has helped build stronger, more connected communities.
