The session brought together football, leadership, and personal development, giving participants the chance to learn directly from two Man City legends. Throughout the day, Young Leaders took part in drills, coaching exercises and discussions focused not only on football skills, but also on teamwork, communication and confidence.
Both Scott Carson and Nedum Onuoha shared their knowledge of the game, offering insight into how to succeed both on and off the pitch. Their encouragement and advice helped create an inspiring environment for the next generation of leaders.
The experience formed part of Midea’s continued commitment to supporting young people through sport and community togetherness, helping to provide opportunities that inspire growth, connection and ambition.
For many of the Young Leaders involved, the day was more than just a football session- it was a chance to build confidence, develop new skills and create lasting memories.
