In order to obtain trade rate, all groups must be pre-booked in advance via email ([email protected]) or by calling our bookings team on +44 (0)161 444 1894.

Please note that groups of 35+ will be split for ease of access on the tour and these will be booked in 15 minute intervals.

Our stadium tours will be especially busy on various key dates throughout the year. This means we may have limited capacity to cater for your group booking, so we strongly recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance of your visit.

Unless previously agreed as part of a FIT/Travel Trade contract with Manchester City Football Club, all customers must make payment in full prior to admission to The Manchester City Stadium Tour. No admission will be given unless payment has been made in full.

Any group bookings made within 14 days of the date of visit will be requested to make payment at the time of booking by credit/debit card. Please be aware that office hours are Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00.

Coach drivers, group leaders and carers will be admitted free of charge.

Students over the age of 16 who present a valid Students ID card or Senior citizens with proof of age are eligible for the concessionary rate.

The child rate is applicable for ages 5-15. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Under 5s are admitted free of charge.

As part of your City experience, all tour guests will be entitled to a 10% retail discount to use in the City Store after the tour. Opening times are Monday-Saturday 09:00-18:00; Sunday 10:00-16:00.

If you are arriving by car, we have a limited amount of free parking available on the Yellow Car Park (entrance via Gate 11 on Ashton New Road, Postcode M11 3FF), which is signposted around the stadium. 

Coach pick-up and drop-off is available next to Gate 11 on Rowsley Street (use postcode M11 3FF), with coach parking available in the Blue Car Park to the north of the Stadium (enter via Gate 2 - M11 3DU). We recommend for your groups to be dropped off at Gate 11, then the coach can drive round and park in the Blue Car Park.

Free parking is not available on Match Days, parking charges may apply.

You can also travel to the stadium via Metrolink. Metrolink runs from the city centre (including Manchester Piccadilly station) to Etihad Campus stop, and also connecting to Ashton. The journey time from Piccadilly is less than 10-minutes.

Please ensure that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their tour. Late arrivals will impact on the length of the experience. 

All tour experiences will begin at Entrance M of the Etihad Stadium, which is located on the south side of the stadium. 

Stadium Tours are available throughout the year from 09:00-16:30. Please note that we will be closed on Christmas Day (December 25). Opening times can vary on matchdays and event days, so please check ahead when planning a visit.
