At the stadium

Toilets are located outside opposite C Tower, and inside on all concourses. Accessible toilets are in the same areas and require a RADAR key.

Free WiFi is available throughout the stadium. Food and drink concessions are located across the concourses.

Keep an eye out for our Playmakers, dressed in yellow, around the stadium and in the North Stand - they’re here to help! Got a question? Just ask!

They’re also stocked with free goodies they love to share, so don’t forget to give them a smile.

Plus, face painters will be roaming the Etihad Stadium every match to get you game-day ready!

We have a Multi-Faith Prayer Room within the stadium to provide supporters with a quiet space for prayer and reflection. If you’d like to use this space on a matchday, please approach a steward who will guide you to the space.

New activities within the North Stand include ceiling flags featuring fan chants, and the “Family Stand Says” for junior fans to ask questions of each other and voice opinions.

Appearances from the Manchester City mascots – the Moonies, roaming selfie frames, face painters, Match Attax giveaways and a colouring-in wall.

Fans are reminded that the Etihad Stadium is a fully cashless Stadium. In the unlikely event you are asked to make payment in cash, or see cash being handed over at one of our concession stands inside the Stadium, please report it to a steward or by using our Text Reporting Service - 0770 015 1894

We are one of seven clubs taking part in the WSL’s trial, which will give supporters the choice to drink alcohol in the stands. Fans at the game will be able to enjoy alcohol responsibly in the stands.

Please note, blocks 034-039 are our Alcohol Free Blocks.

Over the next three years, we will be developing a best-in-class fan experience and year-round entertainment and leisure destination at the Etihad Stadium.

Although we will be working hard to minimise disruption on matchday, there will be some changes to the way the Etihad Stadium and the wider Etihad Campus operates during the construction period. Click below for more information.
