How to renew your Season Ticket
Renewing on Direct Debit or Paying in Full for your Season Ticket
Step 1: Login to your online account
Step 2: Select ‘My Account’ under the top right icon, if you are on a mobile, click on the head and shoulders icon for the drop down menu. This will include the ‘My Account’ button.
Step 3: Select ‘My Ticketing Account’
Step 4: Select ‘Season Tickets’
Step 5: Tick the box next to your Season Ticket
Step 6: Select ‘Start Renewal’
Step 7: You can add any extra’s onto your account at this point e.g. Metrolink or Cup Schemes and select ‘Add Items’ to head to the checkout. If you do not wish to add any items, select ‘No extras at this time’
Step 8: Make sure all of your details are correct and select ‘Checkout’ to complete your renewal
Step 9: Choose your payment method; You can pay by Direct Debit or in full for your Season Ticket
