FLEXI SEASON TICKETS
Flexi Season Ticket Members will receive an email three weeks before each Premier League home match letting them know their three day purchase window is open.
You can then decide if you would like to purchase your Season Ticket seat online.

How flexi season tickets work

1. Select your seat
Pay a refundable deposit and select your seat for the season. You will earn back part of your deposit with every match home Premier League match ticket you purchase.

2. Purchase your ticket
You'll see every match in the 'reservations' section of your online account three weeks before each match. You can then select the match and make payment. Can’t attend? No need to do anything!

3. Attend the match
Attend the matches of your choice in your seat! If you attend 16 home Premier League matches, you will pay the same amount as the Gold Season Ticket price for the same seat.

10-match policy
Flexi Season Ticket Members must purchase their ticket for at least 10 home Premier League matches in the 2026/27 season.
You can transfer your ticket to fans in your Friends & Family list on three occasions across the season.
If you don’t meet the 10-match policy, you may not be able to renew your Season Ticket.
PAYING FOR YOUR flexi season ticket
Flexi Season Ticket Members pay a £120 deposit at the start of the season (£48 for Juniors).
This deposit can be paid upfront or across 10 Direct Debit monthly instalments.
Adults receive £7.50 off each Premier League home match
Juniors receive £3 off each Premier League home match
You’ll earn back your deposit every time you purchase your ticket for a Premier League match at the Etihad Stadium.
Discounts are automatically applied when you purchase your ticket.
If you purchase a ticket for 16 Premier League home matches, the amount you pay is equal to a Gold Season Ticket.
