The Club has received an allocation of 591 tickets. Please note, there will not be a dedicated away section for this game and the seating block will not be segregated.
Photo ID checks will take place at the turnstiles. Names will be printed on the ticket and anybody not in possession of a ticket that belongs to them, will be denied entry to the stadium. This is in line with the Italian bylaws. Acceptable forms of photo ID are Passport or Drivers Licence.
All tickets for this fixture will be issued as print@home tickets and can be scanned on a mobile phone. Tickets will be sent direct from Palermo FC to each individual supporter in the lead up to the game. As a result of this, each individual name, dob and email address will be shared with Palermo FC.
From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Season Ticket Members, Seasonal Hospitality Members, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the Man City Supporters Club.
We advise against booking travel or accommodation for fixtures until they secure a ticket. Fixture dates and kick-off times can change at any time.

The Club has received an allocation of 5 wheelchair bays and has been advised on the best seating options for ambulant disabled supporters.
All supporters must meet the published sales criteria outlined above. Once eligible, tickets can be purchased online as follows:
· Wheelchair Users – Select the ‘WC Bay’ option. You will be allocated the best available position. When purchasing wheelchair bays online, select one ticket only — a complimentary personal assistant ticket will be added to your basket automatically. You can then assign the second ticket to your personal assistant within the basket.
· Ambulant Supporters – Select your preferred block, and you will be allocated the best available seats. If you have specific seating requirements, please contact the Access Team on 0161 444 1894.
A complimentary personal assistant ticket will be provided for supporters who require assistance with their care needs.

• Remain in the seat that you have purchased.
• Keep your ticket with you at all times.
• Do not block the aisles or gangways.
• Do not smoke.
• The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs is strictly prohibited
Entry to Renzo Barbara Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Renzo Barbara Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.
All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2025/26 Away Match Terms and Conditions of Sale and the applicable Ground Regulations of the opposing team.
It is important to note that tickets cannot be returned within 7-days of the match in line with our refund policy.
