Ticket Information


The Club has received an allocation of 36,738 tickets, including 100 wheelchair bays and easy-access seats for ambulant supporters. 

From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Season Ticket Members, Seasonal Hospitality Members, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the Man City Supporters Club. 

We would like to remind supporters that we advise against booking travel or accommodation for fixtures until they secure a ticket. Fixture dates and kick-off times can change at any time. Please note, persons under the age of 2 are not permitted entry to the stadium. 

Season Ticket Members aged between 18 to 25 years (based on supporter’s age on 1st August 2023) can purchase from an exclusive allocation of away match tickets on the first day of sale. Any tickets that are not purchased on this day will be added to the wider Season Ticket Member allocation. 

Tickets for this match will be issued as mobile tickets which you will be required to add to your Apple/Google wallet. The mobile ticket link will be sent to the lead booker no later than 5 days prior to the match.

Subject to availability, additional tickets will be made available to Season Ticket Members and Cityzens Matchday Members from Thursday 4th April. Further sales criteria will be announced on Tuesday 2nd April.  

*Including 22/23 FA Cup Semi Final and Final at Wembley 

Official Club coach travel will be available to purchase. A return journey will be available priced at £50 per adult, £40 for juniors. 

We are unable to offer coach travel directly from the Etihad Stadium. Instead, there will be two alternative locations for coach departures:  

  • East Didsbury Metrolink Park & Ride 
  • Radcliffe Metrolink Park & Ride 

This means fans will be able to choose the location which suits them best when purchasing coach travel, subject to availability.

Official Club coach travel will be offered during your match ticket purchase journey, online. The travel will be provided by Sportsworld, our official Fan Travel Provider. Further information of departure times will be communicated direct from Sportsworld to all purchasers.  

The Club has received an allocation of 100 wheelchair bays and an allocation of easy-access seats, both with the provision for a free personal assistant. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase online as follows; 

Wheelchair Bay 

Select any available wheelchair bay from one of the following blocks: 

102 to 117, 1    19 to 122 and 513 to 514 

Select the quantity required as one ticket. 

This will automatically pull through your personal assistant seat to your basket.  

Within the basket, simply change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant  


Easy-access seat 

Wembley have advised Row 31 in Level 1 as being the most suitable for ambulant supporters although you can buy anywhere.  

When buying your tickets online, select two seats and change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant

As guardians of this great Club, we all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of not only Manchester City, but also the City of Manchester. On your visit to Wembley Stadium, please respect the stewards and staff at the Club and we ask that you: 

  • Remain in the seat that you have purchased. 
  • Keep your ticket with you at all times. 
  • Do not block the aisles or gangways. 
  • Do not smoke. 
  • The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs is strictly prohibited 


Entry to Selhurst Park will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Selhurst Park as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2023-24 Away Match Terms and Conditions of Sale and the applicable Ground Regulations of the opposing team.

It is important to note that tickets cannot be returned within 7-days of the match in line with our refund policy.

Away match FAQs

If you have not received your away match ticket on the last working day before the match, please contact Fan Support by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894 and we will arrange a ticket for collection at the away ground. 

The ticket must be collected by the owner of the ticket with photo ID.

Fans who have an arranged collection will be sent information of how to collect their ticket.

Supporters must meet the sales criteria that are published 3-4 weeks prior to the fixture date here.

Qualifying supporters can purchase as below: 

Wheelchair Users –  Log in to your online account here, select the ‘wheelchair section’ and you will be allocated the best available position.

Ambulant/ Easy Access Seating – once logged in to your account, select the block you would like to sit in, and you will be allocated the best available seats.

Criteria for away match tickets for the 2024/25 Season are released approximately 4 weeks in advance of the match. 

Tickets are available to purchase online or over the phone* on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Tickets are sold subject to qualifying criteria.

Supporters who are registered as disabled with the Club as disabled are able to purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team +44 (0)161 444 1894.

*Please note, that tickets purchased over the phone will incur a booking fee of £2.50. Our match ticket phone line is open from 9:30am-5:15pm, Monday to Sunday.

Supporters purchasing tickets online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid Supporter Number before they can log into their account online.


If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here, and clicking ‘My Account’.

There is a limited allocation for juniors to purchase at the same time as a qualifying adult. At the point where the adult qualifies, they can also purchase one junior ticket regardless of the junior’s ticket point status.

Once this limited allocation has been sold, no further tickets will be available, and all junior supporters must then qualify in their own right to purchase an away ticket.

Tickets for away matches will be dispatched via Royal Mail approximately 10 days before the match and will be sent to the lead supporter in the transaction.

If we receive our ticketing allocation for our fans for an away match as mobile tickets, these will be emailed approximately 5 days before the match.

You will not receive ticket points for away match tickets.
