European Away Match Guide
REAL MADRID fan information
We will play Real Madrid at the Bernabéu Stadium in our next UEFA Champions League away match.
Our Supporter Liaison Officer and our Disability Access Officer will be in Madrid from Monday evening through to matchday.

The fan meeting point is Avenida de Brasil. This is a 10-minute walk from the stadium. It is strongly recommended fans avoid the areas on the south side of the Stadium.

TICKET INFORMATION
Mobile tickets have been sent to the lead purchaser’s email address. Tickets will be sent direct from Real Madrid.
Each email will contain a download link for your mobile ticket, which must be added to your smartphone wallet using either:
📲 Apple Wallet (iPhone)
📲 PassWallet (Android devices)
Real Madrid stewards will verify that the name on your mobile ticket matches the name of the person who is using the ticket.
You will be required to show photo identification (such as your passport) to confirm their identity before being allowed into the stadium.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Turnstiles open at 7pm local time. Please note that alcohol will not be sold in the stadium.
Small bags (smaller than A4) are allowed inside the stadium subject to security checks.
Fans should travel to the stadium using public transport (Metro or Bus). The nearest Metro station to Bernabéu Stadium is the Santiago Bernabéu underground station on Madrid’s Metro Line 10 (blue).
Several bus lines have stations closest to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Real Madrid.
The nearest bus stop to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Real Madrid, is Ctra. M506 – Pol. Ind. Puerto Navafría. More details below.
Accessibility information
Wheelchair users tickets are located in the home area (block printed on ticket).
There is escalator access for fans to reach the away end.

in case of EMERGENCY
If you need an emergency travel document...
You can apply for an emergency travel document if you’re abroad and your passport has been lost or stolen, damaged or expired, and you can’t get a new or replacement passport in time to travel. Apply online for an emergency travel document. If the person needing the emergency travel document is under 16, a parent or guardian should apply on their behalf.
If you are arrested...
You can contact the British Consulate and request consular assistance if you are arrested, however they cannot get you out of prison, represent you in court or pay your bills. If you wish to contact an embassy official to ask they contact your next of kin, please make this request clear to the local police authorities.
If you lose your wallet...
If you lose your wallet, try to cancel your credit cards as soon as possible. British Embassy officials cannot give you money to help you return home. You can use most major credit cards to obtain money from cash machines if you have your PIN. The British Embassy can provide you with telephone and internet facilities during opening hours.
