We encourage all visitors agree a meeting point when arriving at the event, both inside and outside in case you are ever separated from your child or group. All parents/guardians must always accompany and be responsible for their child. For safeguarding reasons, adults should not attend the event on their own without a child they are responsible for and children who make up part of their group. If, for example, you are dropping off your group and joining your party later, please ensure you inform security staff on the gate when entering the event. If you ever have any issues such as being separated from your child, speak to our welfare and medics team who can assist you immediately. We recommend all parents/guardians to insert their contact details on the child’s wristband which you will receive upon arrival.
It is important that you notify us if you, your child, or any of your party have any additional access or medical requirements so that we can plan how to best assist you. For more information please contact our Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, 2 then 2).
