Vinina’s role is crucial in supporting decision-making across the entire Club, combining research, modelling and strategic thinking to transform fan data into genuine insight.

After graduating from university a decade ago, Vinina began as a Software Engineer but then decided to pause her career and pursue a masters’ degree in Data Analytics.

Since then, she’s worked across Analytics Engineering and Data Science with key projects at City including fan engagement, attendance modelling and personalisation.

The insight and analysis Vinina and her team unearth are crucial in creating the best possible experience for staff members and supporters alike.
