Lucy has worked with City in the Community for five years, supporting young people into employment in the wide-ranging and fast-paced sports industry.

Completing a degree in Forensics during the COVID-19 pandemic, she left University searching for a role that would allow her to be immersed in a social environment while also helping others discover their own career path.

And that’s exactly what Lucy is now able to do, with the opportunity to provide CITC participants with unique experiences a particular highlight in her current role.

One such example saw her help facilitate the presentation of the Premier League trophy by CITC participants to the City team in 2022 after our famous comeback win over Aston Villa.
