Brooke’s role is essential in ensuring Manchester City and the businesses we work with remain cyber safe.

With a degree in Criminology and a Masters in Cybercrime and Cyber Security, Brooke’s career has seen her take on a range of roles, including as Cyber Security Policy Advisor during three-and-a-half years working for the UK government.

Ensuring risks are properly managed and that the correct education and auditing is in place, Brooke also delves into the psychology behind cyber incidents, plus why attacks are successful, and assesses how hackers think.

By exploring human behaviour, social engineering tactics, motivation and behavioural patterns, she’s able to put practical measures in place to reduce the risk of people falling victim to cyber-attacks and ensure City remain one step ahead.
