Should City triumph over Leicester City in the last eight on Sunday, Gareth Taylor's side will face either Tottenham or Arsenal at home in the final four.
The clash would take place at the Academy Stadium on Thursday 1 October at 7:15pm and be shown live on BBC Two.
Meanwhile, either Brighton and Hove Albion or Birmingham City will face either Everton or Chelsea in the other semi-final, which will be played on Wednesday 30 September - also at 7:15pm and broadcast via BBC Four.
Having won the trophy in May 2019, City are the current holders of the competition.
Taylor's side travel to Leicester on Sunday 27 September in a 2pm kick-off at the Farley Way Stadium.
