The City duo have been called up as part of Lydia Bedford’s 21-player squad, with the tournament set to take place in Poland from 5-27 September.
England have been placed in Group B alongside Brazil, Canada and Tanzania with two spots up for grabs in the Round of 16 as well as a potential third-place qualification.
Annets, Lewis and co. face Canada in their tournament opener in Bielsko-Biała on Saturday 5 September, before taking on Tanzania three days later.

Both of those fixtures get under way at 17:00 (UK), with England’s final Group B clash taking place at 14:00 on Friday 11 September against Brazil.
This is the Young Lionesses’ first appearance in the U20 World Cup since 2018, where a team containing the likes of current City stars Niamh Charles and Lauren Hemp, won bronze.
