Training: Back in the old routine!

There were some more welcome familiar faces back in the mix at the CFA today as City trained our collective sights ahead of Tuesday’s third pre-season friendly of the summer at home to Blackpool.

Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and Rodrigo all returned to the CFA to further bolster City’s preparations ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.

The trio reported to the training ground following their respective involvement in EURO 2020 earlier this summer.

The immediate focus for Pep Guardiola’s squad is on Tuesday night’s latest pre-season friendly at home to Blackpool, a game you can watch exclusively live on CITY+.

The latest Academy Stadium clash against the Championship outfit will be another important outing as the build-up continues to the big kick-off with Saturday's Community Shield clash against Leicester City also on the horizon.
