Training: Ready to go!

Manchester City continued to prepare for the start of the new Premier League season at the City Football Academy (CFA) on Friday.

Pep Guardiola’s side face Wolves in our opening game at Molineux on Monday 21 September, with kick-off at 20:15 (UK).

City will hope to hit the ground running against a side who beat us home and away last season, but will have to do so without Aymeric Laporte, who is not ready after a bout of COVID-19 and Sergio Aguero, who Guardiola does not expect to be fit for another two months.

But there appeared to be a positive mood in the camp as the lads put the finishing touches on their pre-season training.
