We endured a difficult day on Sunday, losing 5-1 at Arsenal to end a run of six Premier League games unbeaten.
It leaves us fourth in the division after 24 matches, with plenty more to play for in the final months of the season.
That was just the start of a very busy February, which will see us play Newcastle United, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur in the top-flight.
We also have a two-legged Champions League play-off tie with Real Madrid to come, but before all that it’s all about the FA Cup.
Our fourth round trip to League One side Leyton Orient comes on Saturday in a 12:15 (UK) kick-off.
With those clashes to come, our players got straight back to work this morning.
As always with recovery sessions, there was a mix of work in the gym, with the sports scientists and out on the pitch, with our photographer joining the players who stepped outside.
