The latest international break, spanning Wednesday, 11 November to Wednesday, 18 November, will see a mixture of UEFA Nations League, World Cup and African Nations Cup qualifiers along with a host of friendlies.
Raheem Sterling and Kyle Walker are joined by Phil Foden in the England squad with Gareth Southgate’s men facing a friendly at home to the Republic of Ireland followed by UEFA Nations League group A2 assignments away to Belgium and at home to Iceland.
There’s a trio of City stars also included in the Spain squad with Eric Garcia, Rodrigo and Feran Torres all in line to feature in La Furia Roja's forthcoming fixtures – a friendly away to the Netherlands which precedes Nations League encounters away in Switzerland before they host Germany.
The trio could come up against team-mate Ilkay Gundogan in that latter fixture with the German midfielder named in Die Mannschaft’s squad as Joachim Low’s side host the Czech Republic in a friendly before their latest UEFA Nations League double header which sees them host Ukraine and then travel to Spain.
Belgium midfield talisman Kevin De Bruyne features in the Red Devils’ latest squad with Roberto Martinez’s side preparing for a home friendly with Switzerland which is followed by twin Nations League tests, also on home soil, against England and Denmark.
Elsewhere, summer signing Nathan Ake will again hope to feature for Holland as they prepare for a November friendly at home to Spain which is followed by the Dutch side's latest Nations League fixtures against Bosnia and Herzegovina, also on home soil, followed by a trip Poland.
City are also well represented in the latest Portugal squad with Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias and Joao Cancelo all part of the Iberian nation’s squad for their three latest matches – a friendly at home to Andorra followed by Nations League tests against France (home) and Croatia (away).
Finally in Europe, Oleksandr Zinchenko is again set to be a pivotal figure for Ukraine who play a friendly away in Poland before facing Nations League clashes away to Germany and Switzerland
Further afield, Algeria captain Riyad Mahrez will once again be centre of attention for his country as the Desert Foxes prepare for their latest African Cup of Nations qualifiers – important home and away assignments against Zimbabwe.
Over in South America, though injury has ruled Sergio Aguero out of the latest Argentina squad, Brazilan duo Ederson and Gabriel Jesus have both been included in the Selecao’s squad for their important South American World Cup qualifiers against Venezuela and Uruguay.
And goalkeeper Zach Steffen will be looking to add to his 17 caps for the United States when they travel to Europe for friendlies against Wales and Panama.
