Algeria v Sierra Leone | 13:00 (UK)
Gareth Taylor Press Conference | 15:00 (UK)

An action packed week begins at midday on Tuesday, when City host Burnley in the Under-18s Premier League.

Victory for Ben Wilkinson’s side could propel us up to second in the table, and you can follow all of the action from the City Football Academy with a CITY+ subscription.

The livestream will get under way at around 11:50, while you can also follow updates on Twitter: @ManCityAcademy. A comprehensive match report will also follow soon after the final whistle.

Riyad Mahrez’s Algeria also begin their African Cup of Nations campaign on Tuesday, as they take on Sierra Leone from 13:00.

And a busy Tuesday concludes when Gareth Taylor addresses the media ahead of City’s final Continental Cup group match away to Leicester City Women the following day.

Wednesday

Leicester City Women v City | 19:00

City have our sights set on progression to the Continental Cup quarter-finals on Wednesday evening when we travel to the Pirelli Stadium to face Leicester.

To reach the knock-out stages, we require three points against Leicester to secure top spot, but the Foxes could also progress with a victory of their own.

Everything points to a thrilling encounter, which you can follow on our dedicated matchday Twitter: @ManCityWomen.

A detailed report on proceedings, as well as reaction from Gareth Taylor and a player, can also be found soon after the final whistle on mancity.com and the official Man City app.

Friday

Gareth Taylor press conference | 10:30

Pep Guardiola press conference | 13:30

Both Pep Guardiola and Gareth Taylor will host press conferences on Friday ahead of a bumper Saturday offering.

After receiving a positive COVID-19 test on Tuesday, Guardiola should hopefully be allowed to personally oversee preparations for our clash with Chelsea early this week, which would also allow him to host his usual pre-match press conference.
