Supporters can also access all the key information about the renewals window and the options available next season in our new Season Ticket Hub.
For the 2022/23 season, the Club has introduced a number of new initiatives for Season Ticket Holders.
This includes the introduction of a limited number of lower-priced Silver Season Tickets which provide supporters with a more flexible and cost-effective option for attending matches.
Silver Season Tickets offer the same guaranteed seat for 14 matches (excluding Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur). All other existing Season Ticket benefits will remain in place such as access to Cup Schemes and away tickets.
Silver Season Ticket Holders will also have an exclusive priority window to purchase a ticket for any of the home matches against Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Meanwhile, the Club continues to offer a limited number of Value Gold Season Tickets priced at £299 – the equivalent to under £16 per match. Supporters with a Value Gold Season Ticket will have a dedicated seat for the season selected for them by the Club.
Both the Silver Season Ticket and the Value Gold Season Ticket will be available on a first-come-first-served basis from Friday 6 May.
Following consultation with City Matters, the Club has also introduced guaranteed refunds for supporters who list their tickets on the Ticket Exchange for home matches against Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
This means supporters will not have to wait until their ticket is purchased by another supporter before they know whether they will receive a refund.
RENEWALS WINDOW
The renewals window will run from 10am Friday 6 May to midnight Friday 20 May for supporters who do not currently pay for their Season Ticket by Direct Debit.
2021/22 Season Ticket holders who pay by Direct Debit will have their seat automatically renewed on or just after Monday 23 May.
Should a supporter wish to relocate to another seat in the stadium, they will be able to do so from Monday 6 June.
MOBILE TICKETING
Mobile Season Tickets will automatically refresh ahead of the new season. Supporters are asked not to delete the ticket in their digital wallet at the end of the current season.
If a supporter would like to make any changes to their Season Ticket, such as changing between Season Ticket Levels (i.e. moving from Gold to Platinum), amending their bank details or changing their Cup Schemes, they will be supplied with a new Mobile Season Ticket ahead of the new season.
Supporters will not need to access their account to download their new Mobile Season Ticket as it will be supplied to them directly.
Supporters who use alternative entry methods such as Print@Home will receive further information about the options available to them ahead of the new season.
